We're excited to have you join the Prescott College community! Below you will find access to resources and information to help you plan the next step of your educational journey. 

Please review the steps below to confirm your spot and to prepare for the start of the program.

  • Step 1 - Confirm Your Attendance: Contact your admissions counselor to let them know if you intend to enroll. If your program requires a deposit, you can pay it here: This non-refundable deposit is required to establish your college email and service accounts.

  • Step 2 - IT onboard: After your deposit is received, the Prescott College IT department will email you to setup your e-mail address and MyPrescott school accounts. Please follow the instructions provided in their e-mail to ensure that your accounts are established.

  • Step 3 - FAFSA and Financial Aid: If you have not finished your FAFSA form, you must complete it at Use school code 013659. Once you have completed the FAFSA form you are welcome to contact our Financial Aid Department at 928-350-1111 or with any additional questions or concerns.

Or it can be downloaded, signed, and brought with you to the college.  


All incoming Prescott College students are required to participate in New Student Orientation at the beginning of their first semester. For students in the limited-residency programs, orientation will take place online. Master of Science in Counseling students will have an on-campus orientation. During orientation, you will receive information and experience activities designed to guide you through your specific program. You will also have the opportunity to meet with faculty.

Orientation is a time to learn the basics of your program, meet some of your fellow cohort members and learn what your educational journey at Prescott will entail.

Fall 2019 Orientation Dates: 

  • Online Undergraduate, Master of Arts, Master of Education, and Master of Science in Environmental Studies:  Online Orientation, Wednesday, August 21 at 3:00 pm AZ STD. An additional session will be offered on Monday, August 26 at 3:00 pm AZ STD
  • Master of Science in Counseling:  Wednesday, August 21st at 8 am  - on campus
  • PhD in Sustainability Education:  Sunday, August 25th - 30th - on campus
